Refund policy - The West Pomeranian Business School - University of Applied Sciences

The West Pomeranian Business School refund policy is clear and straightforward. We refund 100% of your tuition fee in the event of a visa denial. Please note that the Admission fee is non-refundable.

To apply for a refund, send both of the following to international@zpsb.pl:

1. Completed refund form refund form

2. Proof of visa refusal

Processing takes up to 21 business days from the date your documents are accepted by the IBS officer. Refunds are returned to the same account from which the original payment was received.
