Refund policy
The refund policy of the West Pomeranian Business School is clear and honest. We will refund 100% of your tuition fee in case of visa denial, however the Admission fee is kept.
In order to apply for the refund, please send both:
1. refund form to: international@zpsb.pl.
2. Proof of visa refusal
The processing time for the refund is up to 15 business days after documents have been accepted by IBS officer.
We will return the fees only to the same account from which the fees were received.
